Every pizza begins with our signature sourdough, hand-made with care. Just flour, water, salt and our live starter that’s been nurtured since the 50’s and in out kitchens since 2013. Inspired by the softness of Neapolitan and the crunch of Roman style pizza, we’ve created the ultimate hybrid.
We take pride in sourcing the best local produce, regularly visiting our suppliers to better understand the ingredients we work with daily. From dough to doorstep, we couldn’t be the company we are if we didn’t champion flavours right here in Somerset.
Simple, honest sourdough pizza. It’s hard work to make it taste this good, but we enjoy every step of the journey. That’s the Pizzarova way.
We can deliver our handmade sourdough pizzas in Bristol to an event space or office to feed your hungry event attendees or team.

Kicking things off in 2013 with our Land Rover fitted with a log burning pizza oven. Co-founders, Alex and Jack roamed around Somerset serving handmade sourdough pizzas to family, friends and festival goers. Pizza + Land Rover = Pizzarova!
