In Spring 2021, we took a trip to Tetbury in the Land Rover to see our friends and flour suppliers at Shipton Mill.
Brue Valley Farm
Brue Valley Farm is based just 22 miles away from our restaurants in Glastonbury. The Clapp family have farmed the land from as early as 1538. Evolving from farmhouse cheeses they now make artisan butter and our Fior de Latte Mozzarella with the help of their happy herd.
Radford Mill Farm Shop

They are recognised as the first organic health food shop in Bristol, dating back to 1978. Their main focus is to ensure everything they sell is ethically sourced and sustainably made. A long term goal of theirs is to reduce long haul distribution and therefore carbon footprint.

Organic Juice Bar
Partnering up with local Bristol businesses is so much fun and always brings something new and exciting to the table. We created a one off pizza with Bristol’s Favourite Organic Juice bar Mr Laheys. Think a creamy vegan dream with their homemade cashew mozzarella, homemade pesto, isle of white heritage tomatoes and seeds for that extra crunch.
