Pizzarova events team
a We’re recruiting brilliant people to join our management team at one of our four shops across Bristol.
The role is 35-40 hours, five days out of seven on a rotating rota. Pizza experience isn’t essential – knowing your way around a kitchen, being able to understand and motivate the rest of your team and knowing how to deliver amazing service is. You’ll have a inclination for doing the right thing and building fantastic reputation, we have a very inclusive culture meaning you have a voice on the direction of the business.
We’re looking for people who are genuinely passionate about gaining experience in hospitality. This is a great industry and we want to raise the next generation of leaders and business owners. We offer a platform to gain experience, grow as a person and take on more responsibility within our business whilst helping us grow.
We craft the best sourdough pizzas every day. Think you could get perfectionistic about pizza? If yes, this role is for you.
Short service hours, no late nights, even when the curfew lifts.
An incredible tight-knit team. We’re all full of energy for what we do.
Opportunities for further learning and increasing responsibility.
Regular staff socials.
Fancy making fresh pizza across Bristol and beyond? This role requires a can-do attitude – you’ll be making fresh sourdough pizzas from our converted Land Rover Defender. Weekends and the wedding season are our busy period, so flexibility is a must. Front of house experience is especially welcome, though not essential. If you’re a pizza lover looking for ad-hoc, part-time work, we’d love to hear from you..
Since Pizzarova started from the back of our trusty Land Rover we have come so far, now owning 3 permanent sites across Bristol. However we still absolutely adore getting it back out through out the year to test the wheels and keep those reliable ovens turning out what we believe are our best pizzas, nothing beats wood fired! We cater for mostly weddings, large private parties and also some commercial events. We have had some interest in some small festivals and were also previously at a glamping site of Glastonbury festival.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, has fab customer service skills, good problem solving initiative and able to have fun while at work. Oh and a full, clean UK Driving licence!
As with a lot of event working, hours can be sporadic but we look to getting the calendar full through the summer months especially, estimating 10-20 hours per week. We are looking for some trusty hands to help our current events coordinator over this summer to learn the ropes of how we began and take on the organisation of events for 2022!
